（项目管理）范围蔓延/需求不断增加：在项目进行过程中，原先约定的工作范围逐步被加入更多需求或功能，且往往没有相应增加时间、预算或资源，从而导致延期、超支或质量风险。也常被称为 feature creep（偏“功能越来越多”）。
